Trauma attuned outpatient counseling services with a specialization in treating depression and anxiety with women and young adults. Services are provided in person in Middlebury, CT and via telehealth within the state of CT.

 

Clinical Supervision for Mental Health Providers

Formal support and guidance for mental health providers focused on furthering their clinical development, personal self-care, and professional goals. Individual and Group sessions available virtually and in person within the state of CT.

 

Mental Health Consultation for Schools

Mental health support that works in partnerships with school staff to create a trauma attuned approach to education customized for the unique culture of your district. Introduces evidence-based trauma attuned interventions and promotes reflective practice and self-care for teaching staff and/ or pupil personnel.

 

Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation

Collaborative classroom-based observation and coaching for professionals working closest with our youngest learners. Provides support and education on child development, social emotional skill building, and understanding challenging behaviors.
